Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items or wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., if you do not like the product), the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify its status, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method, and the processing time is usually 3 business days.
Deduction Conditions: The refund amount will be deducted from any possible shipping costs.
